Hamlet in Lockdown
University of Hull Drama Students present Hamlet in Lockdown, a unique digital multimedia adaption and performance of William Shakespeare’s classic play.
Hamlet in Lockdown was a student led multiplatform project that adapted the story of Hamlet within lockdown across three days (December 1st – 3rd, 2020). Students portrayed the characters interacting with each other via several social media accounts on three digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter and YouTube). All the posts, conversation, shares and videos have been collected for everyone to view on the Hamlet in Lockdown website.
